Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

In short

This website embeds no third-party services and sets no cookies unless you explicitly agree. Fonts and videos are hosted on our own server. Only if you click “Accept” in the consent banner do we load Google Analytics to evaluate how the site is used. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. There is neither a contact form nor a newsletter.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Solutionworx UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Gentishof 43
41812 Erkelenz
Germany
Email: solutionworxug@gmail.com

2. Accessing the website and server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically processes information that your browser transmits. This usually comprises: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, and operating system.

This processing is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically faultless operation of the site).

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The servers are located in Germany; no transfer to a third country takes place as part of the hosting. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS SE. Log file retention is governed by that provider; we do not merge this data with other sources.

3. Cookies and consent

Without your consent, this website sets no cookies. On your first visit we ask you in a banner whether we may measure how the site is used. Only if you agree is Google Analytics loaded and cookies set (see section 4). If you decline or make no choice, none of this happens.

We store your decision together with the time and version of the consent in your browser's local storage so that we do not have to ask again on every visit and can demonstrate the consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR). You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawal takes effect for the future.

4. Audience measurement with Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to evaluate how the website is used — for example which pages are viewed, which source visitors come from and how often the download buttons are clicked. This helps us improve our content and our offering.

Legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent the analytics script is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google.

Data processed: truncated IP address, device and browser information, approximate location (country/region), traffic source, pages viewed and events triggered. Google sets cookies for this purpose (including _ga and _ga_<ID>) with a lifetime of up to two years. IP anonymisation is enabled; we do not merge this data with other Google data. Advertising features are disabled.

Transfers to third countries: Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023; standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. This switches off the collection and deletes the Google cookies that were set. Alternatively you can install the browser add-on provided by Google. Further information is available in Google's privacy policy.

5. Local storage in your browser

Independently of audience measurement, the site stores two values in your browser's local storage: your consent decision (flippo.consent) and, if you dismissed the language notice, flippo.langHintDismissed.

Both stay on your device, are not transmitted to us and do not allow any conclusions about your identity. They are strictly necessary for the functions you requested within the meaning of § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can delete them at any time via your browser settings.

6. Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider; your IP address is not transmitted to any third party.

7. Videos and images

All videos and images are hosted on our own server. No content from YouTube, Vimeo or comparable platforms is embedded.

8. Contacting us

There is no contact form. If you write to us at the email address provided, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries. We delete this data once your enquiry has been dealt with, provided no statutory retention periods apply.

9. Links to external services

This website contains links to the following external services:

  • Google Play Store (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – download button for the Android app,
  • Apple App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland) – download button for the iPhone app,
  • Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland) – link to our Instagram profile.

These are plain links; no content from these providers is embedded on our website. Only when you click such a link are you taken to the provider's site and data (e.g. your IP address) is transmitted to it. We have no influence over their data processing; the respective provider's privacy policy applies.

10. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

An informal message to the email address above is sufficient to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR).

11. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

12. Privacy in the app

This policy covers this website. A separate privacy policy applies to the Flippo app: privacy policy of the app.

13. Changes to this policy

We will amend this privacy policy whenever changes to the website make it necessary. The version published here always applies.
